This tool converts entered non ASCII (above 127) characters into its decimal (ISO 10646-1) entities representation.

Text in this form will be correctly rendered by all modern web browsers, independent from selected/detected characters encoding of the page. Only requirement is font installed for these characters.  This can be used as alternative if you have problems with UTF-8, Unicode char-sets or if you need quick fix text in web page and have no access to your commonly used text editor.
